Overview
iHouse is an Apple Authorized Reseller in Palestine with a strong offline presence and a loyal customer base. However, their online store no longer reflected the premium quality of their brand or the standards associated with Apple’s global reputation. The existing website provided only basic product listings and lacked the modern shopping experience customers expect.
Our mission was to completely rethink and rebuild the platform from the ground up — creating a digital storefront that felt as smooth and elegant as an Apple Store visit. The new website does far more than just showcase products. It enables customers to browse, compare, and purchase Apple devices and accessories with ease, while also introducing entirely new features like the ability to list and purchase certified pre-owned devices.
The result is a sleek, responsive web application that offers a faster, more intuitive, and more engaging shopping journey — a platform that finally matches the quality of the iHouse brand.
The Challenge
Before the redesign, the iHouse website was functional but limited. The interface looked dated and didn’t reflect the premium nature of the products being sold. Navigation was not intuitive, product categories were not well-structured, and there was no way for customers to sell or trade in their used devices through the platform.
This gap not only affected the customer experience but also limited iHouse’s potential revenue streams. The challenge was to build a solution that would deliver a true Apple-like digital experience, support richer product exploration, and expand the business model to include used product listings and accessory sales — all while staying lightweight, fast, and easy for the iHouse team to manage internally.
Our Approach
We started by conducting a detailed analysis of the existing site’s user flows and pain points. From there, our team designed a fresh, minimal interface inspired by Apple’s design principles — clean lines, generous white space, and a focus on product visuals. The platform was rebuilt as a modern web application, optimized for performance across devices and browsers.
The e-commerce experience was completely reimagined. Product browsing is now organized and visually appealing, making it easy for customers to explore the full Apple lineup and discover compatible accessories. We also introduced a dedicated used-product marketplace, enabling customers to list pre-owned Apple devices and buyers to find verified, affordable options in one place.
On the backend, we developed a robust product management system that allows the iHouse team to easily update inventory, feature new arrivals, manage pricing, and launch promotions without any technical knowledge. The cart and checkout process was simplified, reducing friction and improving conversion rates.
